Q: WHY DO ON SOME CLOTHING SELECTION SIZES SAY (ASIAN SIZE)?
A: All our fashion clothing sources come from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia – So when they come from Asia lets say they are going to be different that US sizes but there’s no concern because we have some simple recommendations that we do personally when we buy our own clothing.

* IMPORTANT: We highly recommend to simply buy two sizes larger. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to choose 2 sizes larger than what you regularly wear. So, if you wear a M (medium) for your shirts, t-shirts or hoodies - You simply just order an XL (X-LARGE) size. Plus, you get to keep them longer and it’s better to have some leftover than to need some.


Q: HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Again, because all our all of our fashion clothing sources come from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia some of the orders will take some time to arrive to your destination. Orders coming from our Asian vendor locations may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, while orders from some of our US vendors can take up to 7 to 14 days. We know that these are long times for you to receive your orders but you will get tracking with all orders so you can see where they are at in real time. And again, we promise you will be 100% happy and excited when your open your packages!


Q: WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept PayPal and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

A: Yes we do! As you know, PayPal is the world's largest and most popular secure payment provider when it comes to transactions. Simply at check-out just select your preferred method of payment to purchase and complete your order.


Q: ARE COD’S AN AVAILABLE OPTION? (Cash on Delivery)
A: Sorry, we do not or expect anytime to use COD’s.


Q: WILL YOU BE OFFERING FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS?
A: ABSOLUTELY! Simply because we utilize the ePacket service it allows us to save on the shipping and handling of all our products. We then pass on the savings to you, our customer. Normally all domestic United States standard shipping rates range from $10 for up to 5 lbs. and $20 for Heavy goods up to 20 lbs but not us, Free Shipping for Everyone!

Here at Sin City Couture, we want you to be 100% THRILLED with your purchased item because at the end of the day if you’re not, we are not either. We want all our shopping customers satisfied with our store and products. Now, in the event that you are NOT satisfied with your purchased item from us, No problem. We will do our best to rectify the situation.

We have a 30-day policy after purchase. Meaning, that if you are not completely happy with your purchase within the first 30 days after receiving your item/s, just let us know and we can issue a refund and/or arrange an exchange for a new item. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered and you didn’t contact us during the 30-day limit, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
