Q: HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Again, because all our all of our fashion clothing sources come from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia some of the orders will take some time to arrive to your destination. Orders coming from our Asian vendor locations may take up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, while orders from some of our US vendors can take up to 7 to 14 days.
We know that these are long times for you to receive your orders but you will get tracking with all orders so you can see where they are at in real time. And again, we promise you will be 100% happy and excited when your open your packages!
Q: WHAT KIND OF COURIERS DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?
A: Currently we only ship all orders using USPS (United States Postal Shipping) in conjunction with the ePacket service.
Q: HOW WILL MY PURCHASED ORDER BE SHIPPED TO ME?
A: All or the majority of our orders will be shipped via, ePacket. What is ePacket? The commercial ePacket shipping service from the USPS allows eCommerce businesses to efficiently ship lightweight, low-value merchandise internationally to over 24 countries around the world. ePacket shipping also features tracking and delivery confirmation in the US Postal Service network.
The ePacket service is ideal for eCommerce retailers looking for a pain free, low-cost solution for international deliveries. Packages are limited to 4.4lbs (2kg) and a value of less than $400, and are sent as commercial letter-post packets. Benefits of ePacket shipping include:
